Singer Jennifer Holliday appeared on The View yesterday to discuss pulling out of the inauguration. She said she just wanted to support America but she got so many death threats on Twitter she decided not to follow through with the performance.

Then, she said the death threats were all from black people.

Joy's head snapped around as she asked sharply, "How do you know they were black people?!" Ms. Holliday innocently said she could see their pictures on the tweets. Behar then got an expression like she had just sucked a morsel of turd from between her own front teeth. She looked right over at Whoopie, as if to say, "What do we do now?"

They obviously didn't expect the black Jennifer Holliday to just blurt out the truth like that. Hilarious!!!!

I would hope that our side FOR ONCE takes advantage of the power we gave them, and says that this 60 vote nonsense is null and void - but then again, I’m a realist and this is about as likely as finding a purple unicorn strolling down the street.

I don’t know anything about Jennifer Holliday, other than she’s black.

She said she was pretty reclusive. She seemed politically unaware as she expressed genuine surprise that the death threats came from blacks, then very openly and innocently pointed that out.

I guess the show didn't expect to her to unravel their narrative before they could even start it.
