Looks to me like nothing more than half-a-dozen ordinary loudmouth, garden variety student-type idjits blustering in a classroom with a whiteboard that has a handful of bullet points.
My guess is that this particular bunch of idjits won’t get beyond their sophomoric “planning” session, other than perhaps smoking a couple of doobies afterwards. The only good thing about graduating from an uber-leftist college is that they only teach theory, and skip teaching how to actually accomplish anything.

These aren't a gang of kids stealing apples from your orchard. These are Communists and anarchists who would be more than happy to have mass casualties if it works out that way. They want to overthrow our duly elected government and would likely assault or assassinate members of it if they could get to them.
I say at a minimum, #4 buckshot would be an appropriate deterent.
