People aren’t stupid, when every single person in the media and all the Dems HEADS ARE LITERALLY EXPLODING, the people see their heads exploding - not a good look for people who want to regain the confidence of Americans.

btw, by calling them “dead fetuses”, she acknowledges that they were alive, and therefore, that abortion takes human life. So she is implicitly acknowledging that abortion is murder.
