Seventy-six-year-old Congressman John Lewis once did something so heroic, so noble, that it helped to change the course of a nation for the better. The Georgia Democrat was beaten up savagely by white Southern racists in 1965, and everyone appreciates very much his personal sacrifice to advance civil rights.
But what has this radical leftist blowhard done for America lately?
Like the civil rights movement he served, he has become corrupt and destructive. He is a hateful old man who lies about his political adversaries and spews ugliness.

Yup. Mrs. rktman and I sat watching with our jaws on the floor. Tucker, in his intro last night, said this guy was such a racist back in the day that he booted a girlfriend because she had a white dog. I suppose with some searching, one could discover what the conversion factor was in his seeing the light. If I can find an article about last nights interview with Tucker, I’ll for sure post it. More people need to see his discussions.
What is interesting is that the Left and the enemedia are using the same script with Lewis they used with the handicapped reporter, the Muslim father of a dead soldier, etc. That tactic didn't work during the election; you have to wonder why they think it will work now. Similarly, why do they believe that the "poll" revealing that only 40% of the electorate favor Trump will delegitimize his Presidency when their phony pre-election polls failed to discourage Trump supporters. He broke the "blue wall" of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania for the first time since 1988, and came close to winning Minnesota.
The current elite may be as clueless as the French aristocracy in 1789, or the Communist elites in Eastern Europe in 1989.
I lived in Selma in 1966, at Craig AFB. It was a wonderful place to grow up - the kind of place where kids needed to start home when the street lights came on.
Now? The old base housing has been largely abandoned. There is a gang called the Craig AFB gang. Murders. Drugs. The population has declined 30%. 2 out of 3 whites have left, and it has gone from 50% black to 80% black.

That is what liberals call “progress”.
The enemedia is doing it’s best to keep blacks on the democrat plantation. Lewis, Jackson, Obama, and Sharpton are the overseers.
Given his history of lying, I have my doubts about his story in Selma. Was he really beaten or did he just “say” he was beaten to advance himself.
There was a series of books published in the 1960s and 1970s, called The Biographical Dictionary of the Left, that had thumbnail biographies of American leftists from the 19th Century through the time of publication. That would include the period of Lewis's supposed Communist affiliation. I don't have access to these books. However, with CIA chief John Brennan a Muslim convert and a former Communist voter, I would not be surprised if Lewis had been a Communist.
This is the man that should be held up as an example for all of us. We have a building named after him at ISU but no one knows anything about him. Take time to read through his quotes, they are golden.
