On Friday the Washington Post reported that Maj, Gen. Errol Schwartz will be removed from his post as head of the DC National Guard DURING the Trump Inauguration.
Schwartz told the Post he would “never plan to leave a mission in the middle of a battle.”

The way I read the story was:
This General was a Bush appointee, Obama kept him...
PE Trump offered to keep him, but the General decided he didn’t want to stay...
The WaPo left out the part that PE Trump offered for him to stay, so he accepted his resignation...so then the General either went to the ‘press’ and said blah, blah, blah and so the story ‘fake news’ got out that PE Trump was making him leave at 12:00, which it takes 3 minutes to accept the Oath of Office, so the General lied and the WaPo lied...
That’s the way I see it...
That somebody (including a person who may be one of many affirmative action picks) was appointed BY Bush from a group of people selected BY other Bush insider appointees does not mean they are the “best and the brightest” . Bush I AND Bush II did not make as many deliberate mistakes and bad choices as Obola’s insiders did, but they had twice as long to make as many near-as-bad mistakes.

On January 20th, Trump should bring up what he did in his Speech. Let everybody know that he was asked to stay on, but instead chose to walk off the job leaving everyone there in danger, and then falsely report to the press that Trump asked him to leave. Then say from now on, these games people play to divide our nation are going to have serious life-long consequences.

It’s disturbing, this late in the game and after Trump has clearly shown that the GOP is nothing more than the jovial punching bag used to fool the rubes into thinking that they have a choice when they go to the polls, that so many good hearted FReepers insist on sticking to the old script.
There is but one party in DC. It hates Trump and Trump supporters.
The Chicago Tribune is blaming Trump now. I’ve read several articles on this, and the media is making it Trump’s fault. I always read comments, and it’s sad...many people are saying he doesn’t want a black general there. Guess what? His replacement is a black general, but the haters don’t know that. They just run off their uninformed mouths.

It was Bush who gave us the biggest affirmative action disaster of all time... that would be the Kenyan Usurper himself. And it was Bush who called Bill Clinton his “brother from another mother” during the last election campaign. Being a “Bush appointee” is nothing to brag about in my book. I mention it because we have 16 years of political appointees at least to purge from the system. That this clown basically volunteered to be numero uno does make him a footnote in Trump's legacy.
Wow, thanks for the ping. When I first read this story yesterday, I knew there had to be more to it. WaPo sucks! And so does Schwartz. Again we have the fake news machine fully exposed, though the uninformed who only follow msm news outlets will never know the truth about this.
