You realize that Ryan doesn't want to deport anyone except maybe violent offenders. Right?

The idea is to get the low hanging fruit. Attack the Dems at their most extreme positions (releasing criminal aliens out jail) and bludgeon them. The idea is to pretend you are going to enforce the law while planning for amnesty.
