I wouldn’t indict the whole CIA. I don’t doubt there are a lot of good people who work there, many of whom are probably cringing at this stuff. But the leadership, especially under Obama are indeed worthless political hacks.
Pull it up root and branch. The current vacuum is total. You can't create one.. Outsource intelligence to the intelligence unit of Burkina Faso.
