Yes Yes! Please pass this bill! It is time to inform the communists world that America is back and watch out. Soon President Trump will change the globe. And Congress is beginning to see what fools we have been, kick the UN off our shores, and rebuild NATO.

We could create a diplomatic body with countries whose interests align with ours, like ANZUS, etc., but larger in scale. Alternatively, a neutral forum where antagonistic nations could hammer out agreements in a civil manner, but which has no power to impose “resolutions” or other nastiness on nations.

If the U.S. withdraws then China and Russia are the big fish left in the pond. Why would Putin pass that up?

Because they would quickly discover that China and Russia are the entire pond and would likely prefer to deal with each other directly without a bunch of costly yapping dogs at their heels. Remember, if the US pulls out, they lose most of their funding. Think Putin wants to foot the bill for that?
