Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a Hillary flunky who lost big.
For the 100th time, I never "mocked" a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him "groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad.
Just more very dishonest media!
I love waking up to Trump Tweets!!!!!! I love how he goes after liberals!!!!
God bless Trump!!!!!!!
...”She is a great actress, but why should we pay special attention to peoples political opinions when their talent is pretending to be something there are not?”...
To me, her narcissism and radical feminism far outweigh any desire I have to give her my money in order to watch her pretend to be someone else. There are other movies to watch if I am so inclined. Right now, Hollywood has soured me on just about all of it’s products for I do not want a country which idolizes hedonism and communism and I do not like having those things glamourized in my culture. I also am not impressed with the opinions of people who do not know what in the heck they are talking about.
Oh I definitely agree that he should be hitting back and defending himself against some of these attacks. It’s the junior high insults that I think he needs to avoid.
Hit them back with facts and pointing out their own hypocrisies. Like Kellyanne is doing. Don’t call them stupid, show how stupid they really are.
“I don’t quite agree. George W. Bush is a prime example of one who took the high road. Hollywood stars used to bash him too in these bogus award ceremonies. His response was to ignore them.
All this did was cause the Left to pile on him all the more, eventually reducing him to a laughingstock that nobody respected or took seriously anymore. Even conservatives started using him as a punching bag.
I hope Trump keeps returning fire. It’s obviously working for him.”
As Marv Albert would say : “the basket and the foul”.
Spot on. Couldn’t agree more. All this high road talk went out with the militarization of the left and the democratic party the last 30 years. Being above it and classy, etc, etc, etc will only get a conservative/republican ground into dust by the radical-alt left.
Having a thick skin does not mean you sit back while others heap abuse and ridicule upon you. Like I pointed out earlier, GWB took that route. Rather than laying off him, they piled on even more. It's the classic lesson most of us learn in the schoolyard. If we allow bullies to taunt us, than everybody in the school will eventually taunt us.
I think Trump has an incredibly thick skin. I can't think of another presidential candidate who survived so much incoming flack during a campaign. Not only did Trump survive it and get elected, he did so with a smile on his face.

Loved this rant and agree with every word.
Push-back. The time for taking these script reading, loud mouth, egotistical moronic maggots go unchecked and unchallenged is over.
“”Guess it’s just me. Hey Donald, let some of it go by. Be a statesman who is above the liberal/socialist crap. “”
No, it’s not just you. I would think this would be any reasonable person’s response but it doesn’t seem to be a popular one here. He does need to STOP all the childish bickering and stop reacting and responding to everything written or said. As long as they get a rise out of him, they will continue to jab. And of course, that’s just MY opinion but in my many decades on this earth, it seems to be the way it works.
Isn’t this bimbo the “actress” that testified before congress about the dangers of Alar used on apples simply because she had played a farmers wife in a movie.
“He is right. She is basically the same in every movie. Every gesture, ever expression, every pause.”
Oh,come on——”Sophie’s Choice” and “Mama Mia” the same?
You just described John Wayne.

Unfortunately that’s what we as conservatives thought for the last 20 years that if we just keep presenting our position papers, educating on our theories and explaining our side that eventually people would learn and agree/vote for us. We lost more and more.
Now the first time we fight back with insults that capture people’s attention in a sound bite/twitter world and republicans are in better shape than they have been since their post-Civil War dominance. Coincidence?
Meryl Creep has always been an obnoxious hag.
Roger Stone:
The hell was #MerylStreep wearing at the @goldenglobes? Fashion + style disaster. Hollywood elite seemed bored with Anti-Trump babble. #sad

Although I might add that yes I also agree with how Kellyanne is responding as well. I say do both. Present the smart way in which Conway is showcasing the left’s hypocrisy while Trump also insults to capture people’s attention to the story.
That is the only performance that I can remember enjoying her in. If I see her in the cast I avoid the movie. If I do see it, it will be on cable.
Seems to be - had to look it up as I thought it was a different bimbo...Heck - they’re all the same, aren’t they?
Acting actually, isn’t a difficult occupation. Shirley Temple was a great actress at 4 years old. Now, could she have been an engineer, a mathematical whiz, or a great doctor at 4 years?
Agree. It might seem childish in a way but in some peoples perception, silence is consent. Take them to task and eventually they should get tired of being wrong all the time...

Agreed.
