Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a Hillary flunky who lost big.
For the 100th time, I never "mocked" a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him "groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad.
Just more very dishonest media!
yes, she’s over rated and supports a soon-to-be-gone president who’s ever more over rated than she is....by a long shot too.

I agree, but PEOTUS seems to have a need to respond to every criticism and insult with insults of his own. He ,at times, makes Barky look thick skinned. A rather dubious achievement.

As for me, I think it is long past time conservatives/Republicans return fire on these Liberal-Leftist hacks in the Entertainment/Media industry. I despise the ground they walk on, the very air that they breathe.
I dunno: Dubya let things like this slide, and they walked all over him, with the assistance of the press. These people only understand when you throw EXACTLY what they are throwing BACK at them.

As do I. I don't mind the fact that he does respond to cheap attacks; but I would not have referred to Streep as "over-rated". Art is subjective, but she is generally considered to be a great actress. I don't care for most of her movies, but I do think she is quite talented.
She did come off as a spacey (drunken?) airhead during her speech. I would have mocked her lack of intellect rather than her alleged lack of talent.
I watched it. It was a good speech. But as I commented to my wife, she is an actress, good at her craft so you would expect a good speech.
However, it was so predictable and it did not take any courage to stand there and tell the people in the audience what they wanted to hear. It would have taken real courage to point out the failures of the left, but there are few courageous people left in Hollywood.
While she was speaking to her comrades in Hollywood, and those living in the urban areas on both coast, she must have forgotten her words and image was being broadcast to homes of those that support what Trump promises to do.
She clearly outlined Hollywood’s position when it comes to the major issues facing all of us. A choice needs to be made, there is no middle ground. Hollywood has chosen to be Anti-American.
Now we will see if there is any push back because of that choice.

The most over-rated actress in the world is such a poor actress that she is unable to leave her personnel stuff at home. She tries to demean the President-elect because she claims he demeaned a reporter. Does she not realize that she is doing what she claims to be so offended by?
Trump’s assessment of Streep is 100% accurate.

Maybe is is beneath a President to tweet in response to public insults.
But, on the other hand, he was defending himself against false accusations and set the record straight. He is empowering the rest of us to speak up where we used to be too intimidated to stand for the truth. A new freedom is dawning for the ‘formerly silent majority’.
