DHS secretary says Trump could alter 2012 amnesty

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said Friday that the next administration could reverse his promises and use the information illegal immigrants have voluntarily turned over to the department as part of a 2012 amnesty to now target them for deportation.

Mr. Johnson, in an interview with Univision, said he hoped the Trump administration wouldn’t take that stance, but the secretary said there are no legal blocks to doing so.

“By its nature, executive action is not legal action, and it can be changed by the next administration,” Mr. Johnson said in the interview, airing Sunday on “Al Punto with Jorge Ramos.”

I spoke to a lawyer friend of mine with State Dept and Federal experience.

He said that by international law, nations have to take their citizens back. Period.

There is no "maybe."

If those nations do not comply, they can be sued and found guilty in the international courts.

I believe Trump will call for a moratorium on all unvetted entrants into the USA. Including from Mexico and South America. I believe him when he says “you will love America to enter America”, or words to that same effect. I believe he will provide a temporary visa to CHRISTIANS in need, who can return to their homeland when safe zones are prepared.

How about some Anglos, Germans, English, Polish??

This will likely mean limited legal immigrants who will come bearing gifts, can make a contribution to the nation, be employable, pay taxes, have a specialty, or perhaps even be sponsored to stay if they are educated and trained here in medicine, or technology, the other sciences.

TRUMP will encourage accomplished individuals to come here and will balance the number of charity cases costing us for years and riding the system we pay for.

No more Mexican, or South American impoverished socialists
