You do realize that the banking systems in Italy and Spain are teetering on the edge, right?
There plenty of proof of that out there.
All you need is one country to pull the plug. And the dominoes start to fall. And it happens in the blink of an eye. There will be little to no time.
Wall Street has always had an “European Exposure” if it held interest in any of their financial institutions. What they are in not in my area of knowledge other than what I read.
What I’m interested in is why the Left is going after Wall Street financial practices when the Democrats promoted them for nearly a decade before and during Obama’s regime.
Also, it is Wall Street money, thru various foundations and business fronts, that fund a significant part of the organized Left from Soros (worth Billions and it’s not kept in mayonnaise jars, the Rockefeller and McArthur Foundations, see the donors to the far-left Ploughshares Found/foundation, and the donors to Black Lives Matter, as well as Media Matters (Soros is the main funder).
THe intricacies of how the Left is funded has not really been looked at by the mainstream media, only the Washington Times, maybe the NY Post, but basically the great Capital Research Center in DC, at one time by the Heritage Foundation, and a couple of foundation-watch organizations from all political spectrums.
Also read David Horowitz/Richard Poe’s book “The Shadow Government” for a great deal of information on the operations of America’s top financial enemy, George Soros. His fingers and money are into everything, much like a rich “John” with a hooker.
Our banking system does need a complete review and overhaul. I’m just not the person qualified to expound upon it, but when the Left comes out an attacks, I smell a big red rat behind it. Maybe a whole herd of them.
My point was that the article contains no FACTS and relies on innuendo and supposition. It is sort of like the claim the Russians “hacked” the election. The piece claims there is exposure but does not know the extent of it as a % of these banks assets.
I would call it “fake news” except in the piece they admit too not having the facts in any detail so I relegate the story to hype and an attempt to draw folks to the site (click bait).
