Also hope that ol’ scratchy throat goes away soon. It seems to last longer than the rest of the cold/flu. Ugh!

It would be very difficult going from tropical to tundra all right! You need to move to the Gulf Coast of Texas! You’d love it....promise! :)

I’d love to go one more time, but when my son gets back, it’s going to be a whirlwind of activity getting packed, etc, and all the things it takes to move a family 1200 miles away. The only way I’d go is if they asked me to. My son is so OCD that I’d be useless in helping him pack, etc. LOL! Even though I’m good at it!

Yep, they have a lot to do to get ready for the move. I wonder if your DIL has already started packing things they won’t use for a while - - summer clothes and things like that. The more packed early, the less to deal with at the last minute.

I’m sure she has. They have some furniture they have to give away, too. They only keep the bare necessities at any time. Wish I could do that. :)

I guess when you move often enough, you know it’s easier when you don’t have a lot of unnecessary stuff to lug around.

I hope and pray we never have to move. Marrying into a family that’s hoarded for over 100 years, there’s no way I’d ever want to have to do it. LOL!

You just don’t know how packed all the outbuildings are. Every one of them. It’s insane.
And most of it is just junk.
