Drain The Swamp

Thanks for clarifying that. Donald Trump Syndrome was the first thing that came to mind. I was trying to figure out who he was sending it to.

These Republican "establishment" Senators and Congressmen might remember that "the People" rejected them in the primaries in favor of the "outsider," Trump, just as they rejected Obama and Hillary in the general election.

The re-emergence of McCain/Graham's tired old rhetoric is discouraging and rekindles the resentment voters felt in those primaries. Get out of the way and let "change" happen for the good of the nation.

The Republican establishment will be one of Trump’s biggest problems while in office. Probably even worse than the Democrats who are deeply mired in their own set of self-inflicted problems. The GOPe is nothing but a bunch of liars, backstabbers and political cowards.

The Republican establishment doesn’t care what we think. They will try to marginalize and defeat Trump the same way they did to the Tea Party. They are worthless scoundrels.

This is another distinctive and authentic characteristic of Trump’s CEO/governing style that the Republican establishment better get used to. Unlike the corrupt Barack Obama, he holds his party accountable. When did Obama ever do anything like this? Never. That’s why they got their asses handed back to them. Trump is putting the GOPe on notice! The days of business as usual are over!

No....This was started in 2008 by Obama. There is/was already an internal ethics board. This was a second ethics board which different criteria for getting stuff in the door. Did a little searching on this second board...and lo and behold....seems only Repubs were unethical.

Keeping the press out of it the way he does just cracks me up.

I seem to remember a few staff making charges to OCE after they were fired.
Imagine working at a company where anyone could safely make anonymous charges about a person- and suffer no consequences for lying.
The janitor would be the most powerful person there.

Congress removes Pelosi's "ethical" lipstick from itself.

President Trump will work with House and Senate, and if they act up, then he will come to the people and then we get busy on phone calls, and emails to both Washington D.C. offices and the cities they represent...put as much pressure as we can...we also have twitter, facebook and other ways to call them out, we back up President Trump, he backs us up...

Won’t take but one time for this to happen, they don’t like egg on their faces, they will comply...watch and see...

Bingo! In the business world, its called “ tone from the top”. Take the Carrier case as an example. It’s not about intervening in every case. He won’t have to. The reason for that is no company will want to deal with the scrutiny and bad press the man with the bully pulpit will be able to bring upon these globalist corporations who care nothing for this country. Trump is putting them all on notice that he’ll be watching them like a hawk. America first.

They need to learn to check with the 'boss' before they start making up their own rules...Course they tried to pull a fast one and get this in before their boss was in position to say no...
