I just went to the SW site and went to their videos page. Found what you probably saw on FB. Tiny lil chirps and the pip's getting larger. Got a couple of scaps of the pip while I was at it. :-)

That isn't the Berry eagle nest. That's the one at Dale Hollow Lake in TN. Lucky you! I haven't seen the eagles at the nest yet.

LOL! Watching too many nests and getting corn-fused? It happens. Hope you did get it correct on your FB page. :-)

Dale Hollow Lake is similar to the lake that runs behind our farm - - long, snakey, with lots of fingers. Looking at the nest view, it’s like looking at the lake here.

Plenty of fish for the eagles!

No, it’s up by the KY state line and we’re down close to the AL state line. About a three hour drive or so.

The Berry nest is closer to us.

I went back and checked and I did get it right there. I’m sure 50 people would have corrected me...nicely of course. LOL!

You should take a little drive to see the Berry nest! If I lived close, we’d make a day-trip out of it! Maybe even see the eagle family!

I’ll be glad when she lays eggs so they’ll be at the nest regularly. It seems they’re there in the mornings right now and you know who isn’t awake that time of day. LOL

I do know....and I miss a lot of what goes on in Iowa for the same reason. Those silly eagles are EARLY birds! Who knew! LOL!

We used to go on day trips years ago and have been to Rome a couple of times.

I’d love to go to the nest and catch a few shots of them with the camera I got recently. It has a great zoom and would be perfect for getting pix without disturbing the birds.

Guess I’ll head to the barn. I didn’t get much of a nap today. I had a cat practically sleeping on my head. LOL!

They are both out tonight, so I can sleep in peace. Ahhhh......

How many of yours do you have to share with?

That would be so cool! I know it gets excellent zoom shots of the moon, so it should be great for pics of the eagles! And I think they’re pretty much there year-round, right?
