A new oil portrait of President-elect Donald Trump was unveiled Wednesday and will join the C-SPAN presidents collection.
The picture is the first portrait created of Trump since he was elected. It will be added to the 44 other presidential portraits as part of C-SPAN's "American Presidents: Life Portraits" exhibit.
The exhibit has been touring the country since 1999.
The portrait was produced by Chas Fagan, a North Carolina painter and sculptor.
Fagan said one of the more challenging parts of creating the portrait of the president-elect was his eyes. "In most photos, his eyes are in shadow and difficult to see, in part due to his distinctive brow line," Fagan told C-SPAN.
"But eyes are such a recognizable feature, and necessary to give a portrait warmth and personality, so I worked to give them a bit more prominence. I think the result is that we have a softer look into his face than we often get from public media photography."

This was a portrait Trump donated from charity funds, and in it - he looks far, far more Presidential than the homosexual Muslim ever did.
I remember, back during the dark days of 2009, an African-American woman who worked in my building had built a "shrine" to Barry Soetoro at her desk.
I am not kidding.
She had at least two of those disgusting "commemorative plates" of Bathhouse Barry prominently displayed, she had made her computer wallpaper and screen saver with that Marxist "HOPE!" crappola, and she even plastered Obama bumper stickers and other things around her work area.
No one complained about this completely over the top and unprofessional shrine, because they knew a s_hitstorm would descend upon them if they did. She was had hair trigger temper, and was prone to call out "RACISM!" at the drop of a hat.

The portrait is well done
I went to a Borders book store in between Christmas and New Years 2009, right before Zero's inaugaration.
The store devoted an entire wall to Moochelle and Barry worship.
They had Bathhouse Barry's ghost written and propaganda books, and countless magazine covers of Moochelle. She must have posed for 20 of them. The media continued this fawning coverage for years, until they realized that most people who spend money actually hate her:

Great painting, but Trump’s nose is smaller. Sometimes I thought his nose was too small, and that’s why he had to take those deep, noisy breaths during debates and speeches. Nonetheless, he is awesome.
I recall two bicycles dropped in front of a similar doorway. Now I carry an open padlock all the time. ;)
Colonial garb would be more suitable for his Constitutional outlook.
If it is on CNN’s walls I’m shocked that it doesn’t have horns and a mustache. But there is still time. The management might want to point a camera to catch the defacer.

I like this portrait. This artist is good. I like how he did Trump’s eyes very much.
Did anyone else notice the eyes are two different colors? I like the portrait overall but that is a weird choice haha.
