Absolutely, the person(s) guilty are the criminals and the person who allowed the criminals in. It’s that simple.
Merkel has ruined Europe and the west civilization. if not forever, at least next few hundreds of years. What she did is much worse than Nero did to the Roman Empire. That is the lesson when Europe let Germany to lead, which in turn trusted a communist woman for the leadership role.
