Supposedly, the only one that has seen it was that lady that drowned mysteriously a few years ago and after she "saw it" and verified it was real, had it locked up and now she's dead.
Someone getting away with murder does not make murder legal.

Don't get me wrong. I think the BC image that Obama proffered is clearly fraudulent and I've said so numerous times here on FR (example here) but there's something rotten about Arpaio's effort.

Most reports indicate that Fuddy died of heart failure.
She and the 8 other passengers survived the plane crash. She and the 8 other passengers did not drown. But she alone did have a fatal heart attack after the crash. So they say.
The events surrounding the crash and Fuddy’s death are as intricate, detailed, mysterious and contradictory as are the events surrounding Obama’s birth.
No doubt it is.
However, the time for an authoritative investigation was eight years ago.
There is very suspicious gopro camera footage that seems to indicate something foul afoot ... or afin.

WE know why the BC is forged. HI state registrar refused to issue a certified verification of the existence of a BC for Obama and/or Obama’s claimed birth facts when requested by 3 different entities for legal purposes (AZ SOS, KS SOS, and the Mississippi Democratic Party). The only lawful reason for him to refuse a qualified request is if he CAN’T verify the claimed birth facts that were submitted for verification, because those facts are not claimed on a valid BC. And the only allowable reason to not certify a verification of the EXISTENCE of a BC is if there isn’t one.
IOW, by refusing to certify those verifications Alvin Onaka confirmed that there is no BC for Obama in Hawaii.
We know that he refused to certify the verifications because the seal on them is not Onaka’s seal. It is Loretta Fuddy’s seal, which is only lawful to be used to certify HER signature. Onaka is the custodian of the record and he refused to certify the verifications so Loretta Fuddy stepped in and illegally used HER seal to make it seem like the verifications were certified.
If you look at my recent comments there is more information on other instances of fraud committed by the HDOH as well - major illegalities to cover up the now-confirmed fact that Obama has no BC in HI. Just like his friend, Gov Neil Abercrombie, told Mike Evans, days before the HI AG and ABercrombie forced interim HDOH director Neal Palafox to resign and replaced him with Loretta Fuddy who then perpetrated a BUNCH of fraud...
