I bet he’ll create the new office of Former President that looks like the Oval Office where he’ll sit and pontificate on how Trump should act as president; he’ll have his MSMLSD minions there who’ll then go out and report on how intelligent he is and should have been kept in office despite the two term limit.

The left can blame Russia all they want but ObamaCare had more to do with the electoral loss than anything.

I am far from a constitutional scholar, but I don’t recall there n=being any mention of “mandate” in U.S. constitution. Meaningless.
Obamacare was passed by a simple majority in the senate under the guise of being a spending bill.
It could be killed using the same sleight-of-hand process.
Senate rules allow bills to pass with a simple majority if they only relate to spending, a process known as reconciliation.
That is how democrats sneaked the ACA through the Senate without a single republican vote.
In 2015 Republicans drafted HR 3762 a bill that complied with the rules of the reconciliation process.
It would have repealed ACA tax credits for low and middle income Americans to purchase insurance.
It would end the ACA Medicaid expansion and essentially create a two-year transition period to give Republicans time to consider replacement plans.
According to the National Archives, as of 10/16 Obama has signed 923
