Correct, except for his Egypt exile from Herod, while a child. And while in Egypt the family took advantage of all of the Egyptian govmint programs: Pharoahcare, grainary stamps, etc.

For those us still in the Catholic Church 40 years on it's very demoralizing. Maybe even more so than clergy abuse scandal. I just have to remember that the Pope (and the Magisterium, etc.) are not the Church, just as the President, Barack Obama, is not America. There is a 2000-year foundation, patrimony, and tradition which is even more solid than a 200-year tradition and Constitution. No doubt we're in demonic age both without and within the Church.
Btw, how curious is that we currently have another living pope as well, and one who happens to be a great theologian (an orthodox one)?
