Well, the Indians are no exception to the rules of being a human being.
I doubt if it's a "wink and a nod" to those molested children.

Things ARE better today because of the media exposure and every T.V./media shrink putting the word out about pedophilia. NOW someone in the family or a neighbor can [possibly] be of some help.

By the way, American Indians are descendants of the Siberian hunter groups who left Asia across the Bering Straight. DNA proved that.
