In my experience, cab drivers in DC are almost exclusively Somali and Iraqi, with smaller amounts of West Africans.
If she was truly harassed, which I doubt, there’s a high chance it was another Muslim, likely from her own country.

She came here after a refugee camp in Kenya, but she says this was the worst she has ever experienced. Doubtful. Could a cabbie be this unhinged? Maybe, but that’s an awfully long list of things she claims happened in one cab ride.
