The Council stated that the video in question could not be shown since it was “likely to trouble the conscience of women who had made different personal life choices in compliance with the law.”

Perhaps being troubled is one of the natural consequences of their choice.

I agree. A person very close to me had an abortion; she had wanted to have a baby for a long time and her boyfriend basically talked her into it. Afterwards, she said “he got me ice cream,” like she had the flu or something.

Then, she had a miscarriage and then two sons. Her youngest died of cancer (at the age of ten) about three years ago. I have no doubt that she regrets that “choice.” She could have had three children, but now only has one.

Life is a gift from God and it should not be rejected.

On a side note, my first boyfriend asked me, when I was eighteen (a lifetime ago! LOL!) if we “did it” and something happened, if I would get an abortion.

I had never thought of it, but instinctually, I said no.

So, it never happened. :) I was young and of course wanted to be with him, but I would never have gotten an abortion.

Unfortunately, he died in his twenties, some sort of stomach ulcer bleeding. He died alone in his parked car, sleeping. A pretty sad way to go.

If willingness to have an abortion is some sort of litmus test, the guy is not worth it.

Those particular French are truly sick dogs! I say that even though we have traced my ancestors back to the 1400’s. There are other nationalities that might have done the same thing so not only the French have poor leaders, look at our’s.

Beautiful video. May France repent.

The TV ad that gets me and Mrs Deplorable is the Alex in Shriners Hospital ads. Those kids in those ads are lovable. We do donate to Shriners.
