> Orlando will get snow for Christmas before this goes anywhere.

The leftists are getting desperate since they lost the election with the one person evil enough to reign in the NWO. I doubt they will stop and fully expect an assassination attempt on Jan 20 with multiple assassins and end around plays. Trump should use a hologram and do it from a remote location just to piss the leftists off.

There is no federal issue — That was resolved in 2000. The final ruling was that State law prevailed . The Secretary had certified and that was a state issue to run it’s own elections. Fedral courts have no jurisdiction as you will soon see in Michigan.

The complaint was filed Friday by attorney Sylvain R. Robitaille, managing Florida partner of Clint Curtis & Associates.

Yes, but it did not stop them in Michigan. They will file under disenfranchisement that can be used for federal intervention.

Think the legislature’s should just name the electors and get the vote out of the way.

The problem with 11 is that, in the real world, it usually requires repetitive behavior, after a caution, then an admonishment, etc.

Regarding his web site; a typical person might reasonably infer they were getting legal services from him.

Ergo, the public good requires the public be protected!

I wonder who’s paying for Clint Curtis & Associates to do this......maybe they expected favors from Hillary and know they threw that money away.....

My argument is with the website.

A reasonable person might infer they were getting legal services from Mr Curtis.

If I am in the Law Office of a man maned Clint Curtis on East Colonial in Orlando, I have the right to an expectation that a lawyer named Clint Curtis will at least, in part, represent my legal interests.

Mr. Curtis is not licensed by the State of Florida to do so.

No disclaimer can ever remove that initial first impression.

Ergo, res ipsa loquitur

The Florida Bar does not like “part time” or “semi-retired” lawyers. Same with medical licensensure.

Takes too much work away from the full-timers.

Example, I have never tried to be admitted here. I have argued Pro Hac Vice, but always Pro Bono, for my condo association or other non-profit group. Even in those cases, it’s only to draw papers or for a first appearance, then I’ll let some kid who knows what he is doing take the case!

Just more proof that have a liberal arts law degree doesn’t mean the person has intelligence.

Gee, I thought the liberals demanded that Trump accept the results of the election, yet, they do not.

Typical liberals.

Liberals are the most greedy, fascist, hate-filled, mean-spirited, envious, resentful, vicious, close-minded, violent, murdering, child-abusing, amoral, stupid, censoring, horse-punching, book-burning, ignorant, uneducated, unskilled, childish, prejudiced, racist, women-hating, man-hating, perverted, thieving, destructive, American-hating, Christian-hating, muslim-loving, communist, vote-rigging, vulgar, dirty, smelly, regressive, restrictive, prohibitive, bed-wetting, poo-flinging, cop-killing, and scared little lying thumb-sucking idiots God has ever created.

Make the dude filing the lawsuit PAY for all of it. Hire the folks AND make sure everyone is interviewed and there is a fair process. If there are 50 or more working 40 hours pay health benefits. Pay them all $15.00 an hour and OT. Bury this asshole. Will see how really interested he is if it costs $15-20 million to do it.

While I hope you are successful, these dudes would be extremely stupid to NOT meet federal ethics and code rules, when filing this case. But hey, perhaps they are!! Libtards are quite stupid!
