CNN is just trying to make sure that everyone knows their “news” is worthless propaganda and nothing more. Their providing a forum for their feces-slinging by employing a real champ at it, Van Jones, is just another manifestation of this.

I heard that Van Jones was in jail for some minor misdeed, and decided that political organizing and rabble-rousing was more suited to his skills. I also heard that was when he decided to rename himself. The “Van” is taken from Lenin’s statement that blacks were the most disgruntled and the most violent group in the USA, and that if the Revolution ever came to America, they would be the vanguard of the revolution. “Van” as in “vanguard”.
