“The city did flag it and the owner was suppose to address it.”
My guess is that unless the owner died in the fire, he’s going to jail. Maybe some city inspector types, too.
The owner is alive and well and lamenting the loss of his business on Facebook. The commenters on his thread are furious with him, and a lot of apparent insider stuff is becoming public there. I get the impression that the owner is in hiding.
