I’d multiply that per involved contractor. That way, they have an incentive to clean up and can’t simply dodge the fine.
For example:
If a business were to contract out services performed with illegals, they’d both pay that fine.
We’ll see. The American people have had enough of such betrayal.
The most remarkable thing about the status quo is that the laws which are not being enforced are THE PEOPLE’S LAWS, passed by our representatives, signed by Presidents we elected.
The system is not “broken”, there is no need for reform, “comprehensive” or otherwise.
We must enforce OUR laws, the ones WE passed.
Sorry, I don’t trust McCaul.
No you build the wall one mile into mexican territory along the entire border and inform them they are donating this several thoasand square miles to make up for their intentional 30 year invasion of the United States
Yes, that did work. However, at the end of WWII, Truman started removing the illegals from America. Returning servicemen needed every possible job & Truman wan’stgoing to see outsiders take those jobs from Americans who had already sacrificed so much.
Eisenhower continued the same program when he got elected—and he even called it Operation Wetback.
Soooo—for all the people so eager to keep illegals here who are Dems—Truman was smarter that you are.
“This means more border patrol agents, new authorities, aerial surveillance, sensors, and other technology to make sure we seal our territory from illegals for good.”.....
Can’t you just see the number of new jobs that will created directly or indirectly when/if this happens? Trump is following through on his promise almost in one swoop.
Look at some of the modern agriculture videos on YouTube, you will be amazed at how automated crop harvesting is.
As long as our population is not declining what need is there for any immigration? The current population is now three times what it was when I was born.
