Democrats are putting pressure on Barack Obama to openly accuse Russia of meddling in the election to help Donald Trump.
Senior party figures sent a letter to the president imploring him to publish classified information which they believe proves the Kremlin interfered to boost Trump's chances of winning.
In October, intelligence committees issued a report suggesting Russian figures were behind the hack of thousands of emails from Hillary Clinton's inner circle.
Their motive was to undermine America's democratic process, it said, and not to intentionally help either of the candidates.
'These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the U.S. election process.
'Such activity is not new to Moscow — the Russians have used similar tactics and techniques across Europe and Eurasia, for example, to influence public opinion there."
'We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia's senior-most officials could have authorized these activities,' Jeh Johnson, the secretary of homeland security, and James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, said in a statement.

I agree. The highest probability source by far was a disgruntled insider who, unlike Snowden, didn't have potential protection overseas and so had to remain anonymous. Also the "intelligence agencies" allegedly gave classified reports to some Congresscritters stating that it was the Russians. Pelosi said she could not comment on the classified briefing but referred to the DNC-sponsored investigation that showed it was the Russians
Also one silly neocon freeper here told me he "saw the source code" himself and it was the Russians. So I suppose that might be considered evidence.

In other words, their “belief” is apparently based on zero actual facts and 100% speculation. No wonder they won’t “release” anything: they’ve got nothing to release, so they do the next best thing: PRETEND they have stuff they CAN’T release, you know, because of “national security”.
But in the mean time they can help perpetuate the fake news that “the Russians did it”, instead of facing up to the fact that they lost because they ran the only Dem candidate that President Trump could beat, namely, an old crooked, thieving, lying, self-serving, discredited hag with no platform, who voiced her hatred of half the nation’s voters, engaged in identity politics, and whose sole claim to fame was the polarity of her genitalia.
Those Russians sure are clever.
They somehow hacked into the paper ballots, changed the outcome of the election, and never left a trial.

I found it funny at first when the Dems started this crap, but now it has become tedious and annoying to see a segment of the population act like cry babies all the time.
I think there is something to this influence accusation and that it should be investigated immediately! Putin has a history of this. We know Putin spent $350,000 of taxpayer money through his State Department to favor a pro-jihad slant to the Israeli election.

In my opinion, this was done by THE best hackers in the world, the Israelis. After what Obama did to try to defeat Bibi... They could have done all this, covered their tracks, and made it look like the Russians did it, easily.
