In the “Wisconsin State Journal,” this question and answer was given:
Question: What happens if the recount isn’t completed by then?
Answer: If the recount is certified by Dec. 13, the state’s results are guaranteed under federal law to direct which candidate electors vote for on Dec. 19. After Dec. 13, Congress could vote to choose which candidate gets Wisconsin’s votes, with the governor breaking any tie between the House and Senate.
I think the Congress will let Wisconsin’s original 10 electoral votes stand.
Sounds to me the FILTHY RATS have MANUFACTURED ANOTHER 30K VOTES in PA.
I’m sorry but this STINKS OF CORRUPTION! There is simply NO WAY Pennsylvania missed 30k votes ALL IN FAVOR OF HILLARY since election day.
Trump won Pennsylvania with 78k votes.
The Democrats are going to keep recounting until they manufacture enough votes to steal the election in Pennsylvania for Hillary.
If they do this, then I don’t see this ending well for the Democrats or whoever they try to install other than President Trump. It will not go down well at all.
The number one legislative agenda item should be a national fingerprint or iris ID voter id system.
The Wisconsin State Journal failed to identify another option. If the vote cannot be certified on the 13th, the state legislature is empowered to appoint its own slate of electors (which could well be the Trump slate) in order to insure that the state's EVs are counted on the 19th.
Inasmuch as both houses of the Wisconsin legislature are Republican (as are Michigan's and Pennsylvania's), thee is no doubt that Trump will gain all 10 EVs.
I was looking for that remedy in Wisconsin’s recount law. I could not find it. If it exists, Stein will have wasted almost $4 million because now way will a hand recount get done on time.

It's not a state law. It's a federal law.
Recall the 2000 election. The Florida legislature was preparing to vote for a slate of electors when the SCOTUS decision halting the re-count came down on Dec 9.
5 of the 7 Michigan Supreme Court Justices were appointed and confirmed by GOP governors Engler and Snyder.

There shouldn’t be a 20k vote disparity. The Rats are cheating but not good enough to win this round of the recount.
Three HUGE reasons Dems are freaking out:
1. USSC
2. Trump will be successful = 8 years
3. Voter Reform = less election wins in future for them
This is no recount it is the final tally.
