Yes, the patient, kind man walked up to the other driver’s window to wish him a happy holiday season. Do you ever tire of being wrong about these things? You sound like you have virtually no experience with real life.
Did ya read the story? The dead guy was found at the side of the other driver’s door. All three shell casings were found inside the vehicle.

No other gun has been found. They were standing in the middle of a street arguing when Gasser fired his gun twice. A witness claims Gasser said,”You ain’t going to do that again” before firing. I don’t know how credible that is, but that kind of action contrasts with him waiting for the cops.
We need more info to see if this guy was a psycho or felt threatened.

Interesting how witnesses can get the facts so wrong. First reports made it sound like the shooter pulled the football player out of his car and executed him. The facts didn’t add up.

This is not a case of someone innocently getting the facts wrong. This is intentional lying.
I want to know who this “witness” is. What’s his agenda?
There is an obvious political agenda out there, to present blacks as frequent victims of white ("supremicist") violence and intimidation, even though documented crime statistics show the case to be, for the last 50 years, overwhelmingly the reverse.
Blacks are no less reluctant than white leftists to lie to advance their agenda.
