Trump is president. That’s how it is.
The Canvassing board (2 Rep + 2 Dem) will vote today to either proceed or not. Trump filed with the Canvassing Board as a complaint to stop the petition.
The AG files in the State Appeals Court against the Canvassing board (assuming they go along with Stein). This way their bases are covered.
We’ll know this afternoon if the Canvassing Board accepts the Stein Petition or not.
That makes more sense.
Mi Supremes are 5 Rs to 2 Ds. And the two seats that were up in the Nov 8 election were both Rs. Both were re-elected, so no lame ducks.
