Excellent move...takes a clearly defined case right to the highest courts - by the State AG, no less - without any delays.

On Monday the Courts in PA will convene a hearing on the recount request there. I predict the court will rule against the recount and this whole fiasco will die.

At the time, more oriented on playing on the sports teams (football, baseball, basketball) than scholastics ... hanging out with all of the "cool kids" ... and, honestly, at the time, didn't appear to be the brightest bulb in the light.
As I said, a nice enough guy, friendly to most but self-centered with the "cool" kids ...

When this coup attempt is squashed, one could reasonably expect some (Soros funded) street violence to appear in strategically chosen cities across the country
