Ah, sorry, I didn’t read enough of the drooling Democrat-lovers at Snopes. They like to say “suspended”.

They’ve been putting out hundreds of articles a day in support of their god the white mosque, guess they’re going to double down to bash Trump.

Bet they haven’t had to pay taxes in years.

Disbarred lawyer, defrocked priest. Yes it’s the type of profession where the loss remains a metaphysical reality. They never lose the nature of the original call.

“If the image of an upper-middle class city attorney clad in a blazer and sipping wine while vandalizing an upscale grocery store with an anti-Trump message strikes you as perhaps the most bourgeois sight imaginable, that’s because it is,” Joe DeFelice, Chairman of the Philadelphia Republican Party said in a statement.

Give Chairman DeFelice a Guinness and a kitten. That is some truly epic deadpan class-warfare irony. The only way it could be better would be if "upper-middle class" were replaced with "Prius-driving," or something of that nature.

“1st Amendment does not protect vandalism on OTHER PEOPLES’ PROPERTY..................”

Agree 100% correct, Red One. A right to free speech ends where my nose begins or where my private property is concerned.
There’s no right to vandalize property anymore than a `right’ to peaceably assemble allows rioters to block interstate highways and attack police.
There is an argument here as well to prosecute public desecration of our flag as well; I lay this attitude of license on the doorstep of the `70s and the outrageous conduct of the left.
Time to grow up, hippies.

He wasn’t disbarred.

https://courts.arkansas.gov/sites/default/files/opc_opinions/2000-013.pdf

He hasn’t petitioned for reinstatement and hasn’t paid dues since 2000.

You are confusing separate issues. Practicing before the US Supreme Court..and practicing law in Arkansas.

So the question is..can he still call himself a lawyer. Maybe.

Flag burning could be considered a threat to public safety. I know around here, since the drought, open burning is banned for obvious reasons, even on private property, and can result in fines for not complying.

I believe that they could attach some sort of safety regulation to a flag burning law................

btw, as to the issue with US Supreme Court..I am pretty sure he was SUSPENDED..he had 40 days to contest..but surrendered his license instead of official disbarment because of what happens if you are technically disbarred..,,but this I may be remembering wrong.

Here is how the orders are listed for discipline.

This is what Clinton went through but I couldn’t quickly find the order on CLinton

https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/103116zor_d18f.pdf

So he was suspended, had 40 days, elected to resign. So not disbarred no matter what pundits say who get it wrong.

Here we go:

https://casetext.com/case/miscellaneous-orders-65

No. D-2270 IN RE DISCIPLINE OF CLINTON. Bill Clinton, of New York, N.Y., is suspended from the practice of law in this Court and a rule will issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

So it is absolutely not correct to say he was disbarred. However, most people get it wrong and use the word disbarred when it comes to Clinton. But they are not technically correct.

I won’t use the word Disbarred for Clinton.

It doesn’t surprise me. Leftists think they are above the law no matter who they are.

I was about 3 blocks away from there 1 day earlier. Definitely Hillary-elitist central in the Chestnut Hill district of Phili. Didn’t stop me from wearing my MAGA hat, though.
