Had a conversation with an arrogant condescending freeper yesterday, who told me that despite the Fraud “voluntarily” giving up his law license, “He will always be a lawyer, practicing or not”.

Besides the vandalism he is probably violating a open container law and petty theft of a wine glass.
I know of a case where someone posted anonymous allegations that a county board chairman was a child molester online. The official sued for libel and after a year and much legal ado, was successful in forcing the ISP to disclosed the name of the person at the IP address in equestion. It was a local attorney who did a lot of business with the county.
“Did” as in past-tense, as he will recieve no further work and will be headed to court as the case moves forward. A pretty stupid way to blow a career and reputation.

Some schools of thought are that if you have ever passed the bar you are a lawyer. If you are licensed and can represent clients you are an attorney.
If you voluntarily put your license on hiatus you can still call yourself a lawyer. If you retire..you can still call yourself a lawyer.
The better question for me is can Clinton call himself a lawyer. He was facing disbarment but voluntarily resigned.

1st Amendment does not protect vandalism on OTHER PEOPLES’ PROPERTY..................
