WASHINGTON (AP) Donald Trump plans to dismantle President Barack Obama's efforts to reduce planet-warming carbon emissions. But delivering on his campaign pledges to abolish the Environmental Protection Agency and bring back tens of thousands of long-gone coal mining jobs could prove far more difficult.
Internal documents from the president-elect's transition team reviewed by The Associated Press show the new administration plans to stop defending the Clean Power Plan and other recent Obama-era environmental regulations that have been the subject of long-running legal challenges filed by Republican-led states and the fossil fuel industry.

Donald Trump plans to dismantle President Barack Obama's efforts to reduce planet-warming carbon emissions.
But the 'splodey heads keep at it:
Leading Trump's transition team on the EPA is Myron Ebell...Though his academic credentials are in philosophy and political theory, Ebell is an enthusiastic denier of the voluminous scientific data that show the planet is warming and that burning fossil fuels is primarily to blame.
They're getting desperate, it's fun to watch their meltdown.
AP = American Pravda
Wishful thinking on the AP’s part. Just watch him, AP ... and cry us a river.
Trump will have a pen.
AP = FAKE NEWS
He has a Phone too
So be it decreed by myself, Donald J. Trump.
Just do it!
... planet-warming carbon emissions ...
Carbon dioxide. Not carbon monoxide.
Marxism. Not free market capitalism.
It’s easy peazy ...
(1) get congress to declare CO2 a vital PLANT FOOD that was never intended to be regulated by the 1963 Clean Air Act.
(2)All other enviro-nonsense falls like dominoes after (1) is completed and signed into law.
...just like him getting elected was challenging.
In fact, you guys said it wasn’t going to happen.
Oh, it’ll happen.
Aside from wiping out regulation, the EPA should be renamed back to its original “Pollution Control Agency” if not eliminated.
That’d be more in line with the purpose (and how the public was initially conned into supporting it).
“Environmental Protection” implies that nature is more important than people. The commie pagans care little for economic impact as long as “mother earth” is preserved. In Calvert Cliffs MD, they won’t even let people shore up their homes from collapsing cliffs because of the eco impact. The EPA’s job, as they see it, is to protect the planet, not people.
“Pollution Control” is more apropos because it implies you’re protecting PEOPLE (not the environment) from the effects of pollution. Pollution is a consequence of modern technological times. To take that technology away puts us back in the stone age, which would suit the pagans just fine. The EPA is anti-humanity.
And I don’t think Trump ever pledged to “abolish the epa”. But he did talk returning a lot of it’s functions to the states.
It seems to me that for Trump to just get to the inaugeration is challenging because he is being challenged spuriously.
Associated Pimps “filtering” what Trump can and can’t do.

The keystone is CO2
The EPA declared it a health hazard and put limits on it.
Pass a law outlawing the rules and regs relating to CO2...
That ends all the regulations against any fossil fuel.
Its not complicated.
THE POLITICIANS (REPUBS AND DEMS) JUST HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT SOME MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS FIRST....
Obama said he had a pen and phone but like everything else he says it was a lie. Turns out it was a pencil and Trump has o e too. On Jan 21 he’s going to use the pink rubber side of it to erase Obamas presidency, one order and regulation after another.
