I’ve been corrected with the Nixon example several times: are you saying that, technically, Nixon and Clinton’s cases are different? Clinton committed actual crimes while Nixon would have faced only censure or impeachment?
So then would Obama be able to pardon her in advance or not?

Nixon faced no civil or criminal action, only removal from office, and he had already resigned the office.

That is a very helpful distinction. My question is this: would a general pardon by Obama protect Hillary from prosecution for her crimes?
I don’t think any court would respect such an action.

You're probably right. I've always felt she was much more EMOTIONAL as opposed to LOGICAL.
