The Constitution does not grant the POTUS law making authority.

Yet, The Kenyon altered/changed Obamacare 18+ times AFTER it was written law.

If there's no repercussions why would he stop now?

This is a complete and total waste of time and money because on Day One Trump will invalidate each and every one of these unilateral usurpations.

all of this can, and should be undone by President Trump with little fanfare. Just erase him.

This is pure b.s. Trump should publicly announce he will revoke all last minute regulations.

Why is it when the democrats decree, we hear that their decrees can not ever be revoked?

They can be suspended by executive order, just as Obama did to regulations he didn’t like.

A final pathetic gasp by a failed executive. By the time new proposed regulations are published and the final rules are placed in the Federal Register, Trump & Co. will rescind them. This is a good example of what is wrong with DC.

Congress transfers legislative authority to agencies under the delegation doctrine, which can be a broad or specific grant of power. Rulemaking is one of the main mechanisms through which agencies act. Administrative rules, also referred to interchangeably as regulations, are adopted by agencies and are considered primary legal authority.

The process of rulemaking is governed by the Administrative Procedure Act. Generally, the APA requires a process that includes publication of the proposed rules, a period for comments and participation in the decision-making, and adoption and publication of the final rule. See 5 U.S.C. § 553. This is known as “notice and comment” or “informal” rulemaking (i.e., informal in comparison with the more complex process required for laws made by Congress).

Solution? Rescind the agencies and bureaus, starting with the EPA, just to create a liquidation template and to nail a scalp to his lodge pole.

Bullshit.

Anything Obama does by Executive Order/Action Trump can undo by Executive Order/Action.

Jeezy, people—Obama and the Left are not invincible.

I know personally that a proposed law can get 100% approval and still be rejected by a biased doofus administrator.

The Constitution does not grant the POTUS law making authority.

Exactly, nor does it grant the Congress the power to delegate its lawmaking authority to an unelected perpetual bureaucracy such as the EPA.

Why not just appoint a dictator-for-life, and let Congress "transfer" its legislative authority to him, a "broad" "grant of power" in perpetuity.

That way, they can all go home and collect cushy pensions for the rest of their lives, or until the dictator has a bad day and decides to have them all shot.

It's already been tried in Germany, and worked great there. /s /s /s
