I wouldn’t use a death penalty, but instead smack them with massive fines. Right now, conveying a threat over an electronic medium can be either a misdemeanor or felony, with fines from $1,000 to $10,000.
Your preferred remedy, in no way, is nothing more than a mere ‘slap on the wrist’.....and only emboldens those who have nothing to fear from law enforcement.
These crimes are a direct assault upon the rule of law under our Republic,....very serious.
