Clinton campaign lawyer Marc E. Elias gave the scheme away in an article published Saturday morning at Medium announcing Clinton would join the recount effort in Wisconsin by Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein and that Clinton would join Stein should she also file for recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Elias wrote that starting the day after the election the Clinton campaign worked to find ways to reverse Trump’s election.
Elias’ statement:
…we have quietly taken a number of steps in the last two weeks to rule in or out any possibility of outside interference in the vote tally in these critical battleground states.
First, since the day after the election we have had lawyers and data scientists and analysts combing over the results to spot anomalies that would suggest a hacked result. These have included analysts both from within the campaign and outside, with backgrounds in politics, technology and academia.
Second, we have had numerous meetings and calls with various outside experts to hear their concerns and to discuss and review their data and findings. As a part of this, we have also shared out data and findings with them. Most of those discussions have remained private, while at least one has unfortunately been the subject of leaks.
Third, we have attempted to systematically catalogue and investigate every theory that has been presented to us within our ability to do so.
Fourth, we have examined the laws and practices as they pertain to recounts, contests and audits.
Fifth, and most importantly, we have monitored and staffed the post-election canvasses — where voting machine tapes are compared to poll-books, provisional ballots are resolved, and all of the math is double checked from election night. How does that happen?
Folks, get out there and double-up on emergency supplies, ammo, and survival kits. I wasn't complacent when Trump won, I knew deep down this s--t or something far worse to Trump could happen.
If they’ve been planning this since the election, why wait to file in PA? If Stein had filed by 11/21, she would have been able to ask for a recount. Now, she has to get the courts to overturn the results, a much higher bar to overcome.
I heard Gov. Terry McAwful wanted 200,000 felons to vote in Virginia.
Supposedly, 60,000 were eligible to vote by election day, and I thought I saw somewhere that 20,000 of them did actually vote.

Too bad for her she is going to get some serious resistance from folks who know how too play dirtier than her.
They don’t care one iota whether or not the Nov. 8 election was hacked. Their sole purpose is to create a situation where they can get into the machines, ballots, etc., and manipulate the final numbers. When they started mentioning Russia hacking elections a couple months before the election it was clear they were setting up the narrative to trigger this “recount” if necessary.
The likely answer is they haven’t been planning this since the election.
I hope the pussies left leading the military are on notice that there is a possible real threat to our constitutionally elected government here. It's pretty obvious there are large funders paying for the recount as evidenced by the Jill Stein fundraising patterns on her website. These aren't small donors financing this. I don't imagine the folks in Judicial Watch are standing down right now, nor other watchdog groups. There are lots of folks who will be willing to take up arms if this goes wrong—screw setting fires and blocking traffic. We can't take this lightly.

Can it be argued that precedent against such cherry-picking was set in Bush v Gore? Yes, it was counties in Florida, however the principle is the same.
I refuse to answer that question.
All states in recount cannot have Elector votes tabulated, hence Hillary wins.
Trumps woulds have to recount CA & NY, to deny those.
Then Trump wins.
Now if too many states in “recount”, the Senate picks the President. Paul Ryan could become President.
The loophole cancels all elections by whoever uses it.
How about if the fraud in Nevada was uncovered? That’s 6 more right there. With all the fraud in Las Vegas she only won Nevada by 26,500 votes. She won Clark Co (Las Vegas) by 81,500.
Without the fraud, Nevada went Trump.
The initial lead by the R was 261. The final count was a 129 vote lead by the D.

Her margin of defeat was about 7,500 votes -- far less than Trumps' 20,000+ margin over Clinton in 2016.
