President-elect Donald Trump will tap KT McFarland to be his deputy national security adviser, according to Bloomberg News and the New York Times. McFarland, a former spokeswoman in the Pentagon during the Reagan era, lives in New York and currently serves as a Fox News National Security Analyst. She also served in the Nixon and Ford administrations and was an aide to Dr. Henry Kissinger, according to her Fox News profile.
She also ran for the New York United States Senate seat held by Hillary Clinton in 2006, but was defeated by her Republican rival John Spencer.
McFarland signaled on Fox News after the election that she would be happy to join the Trump administration if asked.
"I put him smack dab in the middle of where Ronald Reagan was," she said, speaking about the president-elect's foreign policy. "Have a strong military, but you don't use it. And you have such a strong military that nobody picks a fight with you. But then if they are dumb enough to do it, then you respond."
As Deputy National Security adviser, McFarland would work with Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn to advise Trump on matters of foreign policy.

She has criticized the bh0 mis-administration and Cankles about their willingness to go to war without a thought of the consequences, while denying that they were instigating wars. She is a realist when it comes to the use of military power or as the gambling song goes: you got to know when to hold ‘em and know to fold ‘em. I think that she and LTG Flynn will be a good team for President Trump

The media savvy messaging people, especially TV people, who will take the administration's fight into the media. Those being Steve Bannon, Eric Bolling (rumor), Laura Ingraham (rumor), and now KT McFarland.
If he follows through on the rumors, it indicates he is planning to stay aggressive in taking on the media and in talking directly in a compelling way to the American people with a bench full of expert media people on the team. Nice!

I noticed that his other appointment today for White House Counsel (McGhan) used to be on the Federal Elections Commission. I’m glad he has someone in the know about Elections considering what’s going on with electors, Stein, etc.
What about Megyn, sounds like a a lot of sandwiches, coffee, and pizza deliveries will be needed?
Democrats should rejoice at any potential Globalist appointments.
Someone in that job cannot be self centered. MeAgain Kelly could not be trusted to get the orders correct.
McFarland is a great choice.
Maybe appoint FNN Juan Williams to be anti-advisor on what not to do.
