WELCOME TO THE
FR CANTEEN
Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
AWESOME
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen
for today's activities.
I'm thankful for our heroes, who work long, tireless
hours to keep us safe.
I hope and pray that you find something
to be thankful for, no matter where in the world you are.
I'm thankful, not only for my family,
but for Kathy (Ma) keeping the Canteen doors open.
Hope everyone manages to have
an enjoyable, stress free, and safe holiday.
Remember to be safe and aware!
The Canteen is ALWAYS
So, come on in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea;
pancakes, conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS
REMEMBER THEM
DEFENDERS OF FREEDOM

I think FReeper Lucky19 said it:
Put on the Macys Parade with the volume off and crank up some heavy metal “hilarious”

Hi Luv! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, but it brings its own pressures. We have a 19 pound turkey to cook. The Butterball tag says 3 1/2 to 4 hours, the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook says 4 1/2 to 5. That’s a potential range of an hour and a half.
So which is it?

General rule of thumb is 20 mins a lb at 350 to 325 so 19x 20 = 3.8 hours
Cooks hint, when it smells done its done but let it rest (covered) an hour while you do the sides
