Mention of arepas made my mouth water. Best friend’s Mom from Venezuela made them for us every so often. Those, empanadas & something else at Cmas holidays. Ayacas? She’s gone now & I miss her. Tiny little thing. Would have beat Hugo to death w/ the rock in her purse, had he been stupid enough to be in the same room w/ her.
