Some more pesky facts;

http://www.ecowatch.com/sacred-burial-grounds-dakota-access-pipeline-1998932006.html

“The ancient site was discovered only days before its destruction and was awaiting review by the state historic preservation office.

At the judge’s request, Dakota Access LLC agreed to halt construction on only a small area in contention until the judge issues a separate ruling this week on a preliminary injunction motion brought by the tribe over the pipeline.”

"I side with the Native Americans on this one."

I think you should go out there and protest. And stop using oil. You are using oil hundreds of times directly and indirectly at this very second by merely sitting at your computer.

I know the CEO of the pipeline company, Kelcy Warren.

I was an itern at a company where he was a young engineer.

He’s a nice, smart guy.

I didn’t realize he was the CEO. I now know what side I’m on.

Wind farms apparently do not disturb the dead... when they donate to the tribal elders

” And stop using oil.”

I think you should use your brain for thinking rather than simply emoting stupid things...

There is no evidence of any burials there. Archaeologists have already checked the route. Twice.

"I think you should use your brain for thinking rather than simply emoting stupid things..."

Then stop making stupid unsupported suggestions. No matter what route is chosen someone will object to it. GUARANTEED.

The pipeline was routed so it wouldn’t cross the reservation and now you want to reroute it? This line is on private land with 100 percent landowner approval. The protesters can go pound sand. Your comparison to Arlington is total bullchit the line is not crossing burial grounds or even native American owned land. There’s also a few more pipelines already crossing this so called sacred water source. It’s also being reported that few of the locals are even protesting this crossing in fact many approve. This protest is being organized by outside sources just like any other lib protest. Who would benefit from this line not being complete? The answer is up thread, another member hit the nail on the head. Don’t fall for emotion and follow the facts.

Why would logic and facts make a difference to these SJW “activists”?

Politics aside, wouldn’t both Keystone & Dakota pipelines be beneficial?

Dakota Access line brings ND oil to an eastern market, and Keystone takes Canadian oil south. Two different oils.

I too am a ND resident and wish that the State had done this in the beginning with these criminals. This protest is blatantly illegal and should be put down with extreme prejudice. As for the video narrator, he is a communist agitator; the protesters are, in many cases, armed and willing to shoot. They have stolen and slaughtered cattle and horses, destroyed millions of dollars of equipment and fencing and created devastating losses to the pipeline contractors and the local economy. Kill the entire bunch of scum.

The core samples done by archeologists are really not conclusive evidence. My understanding is construction crews did indeed dig into burial grounds.

The refinery at Mandan was formerly owned by Amoco. Amoco also owned a pipeline from Mandan to the Twin Cities. Another pipe moved 25,000 batches of gasoline and fuel oil to what was an Amoco terminal in Superior, WI.

BP’s geniuses sold off this gem.

I heard a commercial on tv from the HoChunk tribe in Wisconsin. They are asking for donations of food, clothing and money to help block the pipeline. I guess all tribes are profiting off this.

So far I’ve seen no evidence of this but the claims that it happen keep coming out. It would seem that protesters would at least have evidence.
