Snopes routinely errors in favor of the Clintons on any given item on their site. So UNPROVEN with respect to the Clintons means that there’s plenty of evidence that they were involved, but no court has ruled in the case.

Snopes on most topics, they are accurate.

Snopes and Politifact are the worst offendors of logic and common sense. They rate a statement about the future. It is impossible to fact check a statement about the future.
