They don’t even have to be honest with themselves about how things got to this point. It would be nice but they can fix their issues without admitting their own faults.
They do need to stop the blame now and work on the fix. From that point forward they have to get tough on the thug element and encourage those that do well in school and know how to speak and act to be successful. Now the mantra to the children is those not involved in thug behavior aren’t black enough or are an Uncle Tom and thugs are heroes. The change and fix HAS to come from within the black community.

I do not like the idea of any 15 year old being killed in a home invasion. This article says nothing about they type of person he was or the kind of people his family are.

Crime in Englewood is high even to Chicago standards.
I have been to my local Walgreens a couple of times in the past month and a really nice young black guy works there. I am impressed with him because he seems like a good employee. If he was white I probably wouldn’t have even noticed him. That’s sad.
Much or most of this can be traced back to the intentional decimation of the black family by liberal policies. What a terrible waste of a young life.
