Don’t think so. His NBC Status was brought up by Hillary in the primary she lost.

His NBC Status was brought up by Hillary in the primary she lost.

As I recall it, her side's initial argument was predicated upon his place of birth. It wasn't until late in the game -- even after the election -- that the Philadelphia lawyer dredged up the one-parent argument. And it was the opening shot of that argument (Chester A. Arthur's dad) that got posted on FR December 8, 2008.

My hunch is he is either a Cruz or Obama operative.

The Obama campaign was so scared of the natural law argument against his eligibility that his operatives removed all references to the Supreme Court case, Minor vs Happersett at Justia.com prior to the election in 2008.

JustiaGate: 'Natural Born' Supreme Court Citations Disappear

MINOR V. HAPPERSETT IS BINDING PRECEDENT AS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEFINITION OF A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

You wouldn't know common sense if it bit you on the arse. You are dead wrong not by logic but by emotion or you are paid.

It seems to be a way of life for him, as he does it all the time.

Maybe he gets some weird erotic pleasure from it.

As I recall it, her side's initial argument was predicated upon his place of birth.

As I recall we had plenty of arguments including no long form NC, mother was not old enough to confer citizenship, forged BC, British Citizenship.........

Cruz who would not at first, answer the question of his NBC status but deferred his answer, later just presumed he was. The host here declared the issue was dead and Cruz was qualified. Many shrugged it off saying if Obama was eligible then so was Cruz.

This is how a Constitution is destroyed a bite at a time.

Well on the other hand they would love to get him out of the Senate.

The Obama campaign was so scared of the natural law argument against his eligibility that his operatives removed all references to the Supreme Court case, Minor vs Happersett at Justia.com prior to the election in 2008.

Two things:

1. No Obama operatives were involved. The publisher of Justia confessed to taking it upon himself to remove the references.

2. It was common knowledge that Obama's dad was a foreign national and not a U.S. citizen. Obama had, after all, admitted as much -- in writing (or you might say William Ayers admitted it). Yet, nobody thought to challenge his eligibility on the basis of not having two citizen parents until after the election. Given the thousands of constitutional experts and politically involved people in the US, it seems strange that this detail escaped all of them.

Unless, of course, the argument is a Hail Mary thrown up when there was no proof Obama had been born offshore...

Your memory is as short as your honor.

Every court that was presented with the absurd argument that you so emotionally support rejected it with prejudice.

Of course you know more than every judge in the land.

Actually, there is no evidence of where Obama was born, Period.

Especially a total lack of evidence for his birth in Hawaii, except for the fraud that was added to the “record” during the campaign.

Of course you know more than every judge in the land.

I know more than every one of those sold out judges. No one had standing including Alan Keyes who actually did have standing. There was plentiful evidence of fake documents like those filed by Pelosi. The birth certificate that was presented was presented as a photograph taken of a ledger. They even faked a roll on the left side which proves it was all a lie, yet not one judge would even consider the fraud and I guess you wouldn't either.

All that speaks volumes about corrupt judges which seems to be ok with you as long as it fits your narrative. Obama was not ever an NBC and your rants won't change that.

Agreed. But it is incumbent upon the challengers to provide proof that he was not born in the USA. And this hasn't been forthcoming.
