supreme court or better to keep him in the senate.
Part of me says “Yes!” part of me says “Oyyy...”
I anticipate that I better get used to that feeling for the forseeable future.
That’ll make liberals’ heads explode. It makes my head explode!
Who would replace him in the Senate?
Well, Trump will run a meritocracy, and given his background it is only logical that someone from his circle of advisors would suggest Cruz for that spot. AGs work for the President and follow orders. Or they hear the famous words You’re Fired. I’m sure Senator Cruz is well aware of this, and the implications.
They crazy left would have an aneurism with a Ted Cruz DOJ.
The Establishment Republicans, including Ted Cruz, will try to take Trump down at some point. They will set him up with something that looks crazy, criminal or evil and then let the MSM tear him to shreds.
I’m thinking that’s not a great idea. In fact, I think it’s a really bad idea. Ted Cruz is fine right where he is.
“Who would replace him in the Senate?”
Rick Perry?
Better for him to stay in the senate keeping McCain & Lindsey in check.
Hell no. He’s too much of a wuss to do what needs to be done.
I’m not lovein’ it. He was exposed as a Bush operative. I will always be suspicious of his motives.
Lyin’ Ted for AG? No thanks.
If America was attacked by terrorists Attorney General Cruz would blame the Presidents incendiary rhetoric.
No thanks.
Louie Gohmert.
We have zero room for a misfire for the current opening on the SC. Because everyone knows Cruz (even with his faults), he is still about as sure a conservative as we can get — so Cruz for Supreme Court, please.
No, Donald - no. I’m all for hands across the sea or aisle or whatever (freaking Priebus?!). But Cruz will betray you, dude. The guy’s not stable. Don’t do it.
Yeah, why not.
Trump already put out his SCOTUS list months ago and it didn’t include Cruz. I’d rather have someone who has spent years behind the bench doing the thankless muck work anyway.
SCOTUS. I don’t see him as AG
