According to Dr. Ben Carson's business manager Armstrong Williams, Dr. Ben Carson will not serve in President-elect Donald Trump's administration, a separate source confirmed that Carson was being offered a position as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). Williams told Circa that Dr. Carson thinks he can, "best serve the President outside the administration."

Medical doctors tend to be poor administrators. HHS will administer the huge task of dismantling Obama care. This will also be a major job of new implementation. I am not sure he had that skill set and knew it. He is loved by the people and will be a strong outside advisor and friend to the president.
Thank you Doctor Carson. We will always remember your dressing down of Obama. In many ways you started the revolution.
Maybe because Carson’s other 2 pals, the ‘Minister’ Farakhan and the ‘Reverend’ Sharpton were unavailable so the crook Williams was trotted out.

Me too! I think Doctor Carson is a brilliant guy and I was hoping he would have a job with Trump. Any idea why he turned it down?

My decision not to seek a cabinet position in the Trump administration has nothing to do with the complexity of the job as is being reported by some news outlets. I believe it is vitally important for the Trump administration to have many outspoken friends and advisers who are outside of the Washington bubble. It is vital to have independent voices of reason and reconciliation if our nation is to heal and regain its greatness. I will continue to work with the transition team and beyond as we build a dynamite executive branch of government.
Honestly, have no idea why. Carson’s a smart man, though, and he probably was offered something else... But the day is young, the future is brighter, and happy days WILL be here again (cue the song - a DEMOCRAT campaign song for FDR, by the way).
Let the drama unfold as it will... things are ALREADY LIGHTYEARS better since Nov 8th, 2016.

I remember when Reagan won, I voted for him twice. But I don’t remember being as thrilled and excited as I was when Trump won. I felt sure he was going to win but then as the afternoon wore on the media was talking about Hillary winning and I got a little nervous.
Then the polls closed and they started counting real votes and from that point on I was on cloud 9. Best night of my life, I wish I felt that happy all the time!

I have to believe that Carson KNOWS what he’s doing and will be a GREATER asset to Trump and his administration operating OUTSIDE the bureaucracy.

POTUS elect, Donald J. Trump should appoint Ben Carson to a new cabinet post called, Secretary of Minority Inclusion & American Assmilation, or, something like that. Carson should spend 100% of his time bringing minority American children to become all that they can be!!! The Democrats led by the evil likes of Obama/Clinton, have destroyed the hopes and dreams of so many millions of minority children & their families. The Democrat Party is truly the real “Racists” in the American Republic and the American people should totally politically destroy the entire Democrat Party and all it stands for!!!

What personal experience does Dr. Carson have with regard to living in the inner city. For example, about 15 years ago Washington, DC enacted something called a Basic Business License. One of the requirements is that you have to swear you don’t owe the city more that $100. Since even something so minor as a parking ticket can result in fines of over $100, which people frequently choose to fight in court, one can spend months or even years fighting unfair tax, business, or motor vehicle fines/costs. A black man I know who sponsors several street vending stands was told he couldn’t get his licenses renewed because he owed $1,000 from ten years previously. Since he could not find the tax record of his payment, he had to repay $1,000 to maintain his license. The list of unfair application and passing of laws is unbelievable, and that in a city that is Democrat and “pro black.”
Franklin served our country both while it was a British colony and after it achieved independence. He had ambassadorial functions in both England and France, was elected to the Philadelphia legislature. He was appointed by various administrations to serve various very important functions.
