...Wood, author of Snap: Making the Most of First Impressions, Body Language, and Charisma, added: 'Obama was extremely fatigued, resigned and not hopeful but very presidential.

'Trump was serious and showed indications he heard information that made him fearful.'

Just saw a pic of an interview that is coming up (on the Hannity thread about Forgotten Man picture) and Trump has his hands pointed down in the exact same way.

It just may be his “thing”

Maybe, but I do believe Obama has something. He has the world’s most sophisticated electronic surveillance system at his disposal. Someone like him would definitely use it to assemble leverage on both his allies and adversaries.

I think you are reading way too much into what is only an awkward meeting. The stock market was rising. Some things must be done.

Trump has the body language of any big man made to sit in a dainty chair.

That’s how Cheney used to sit, too. (If you know what I mean.)

Manspread?? If you look closely at the chairs, the one Trump is seated in is narrower than Obama’s, probably deliberately. Note that the uprights on the arms of Trump’s chair are vertically straight, while those on Obama’s chair curve outward.

It would have been used if he had anything!
And if he does Trump can say after inauguration “Screw it! Use it Bammy! I got the reigns now and let's see if you can spell special prosecutor!”

"Trump was serious and showed indications he heard information that made him fearful."

Comrade obama told him the rent was about to go up.

Interesting, I thought that our new president looked like a kid at his birthday party during the photo op. He couldn’t stop smiling ear-to-ear, LIKE ME!

I thought Trump looked a bit stunned too. I figured it’s a combination of getting a first taste at how overwhelming being in the WH can be, the impact of “holy cow, I’m really doing this” and a bit of feeling like he’s in the WH surrounded by lots and lots of people who hate him.

Yes. Trump looked politely bored, and a little disgusted at having to pretend all was well.

I read the top part of the Daily Mail article, tells me all I need to know about the foolish idiocy and bias of the writer amd the so-called expert.

How Obama out-manspreaded Trump: Body language expert reveals the truth behind that very awkward-looking first meeting between the pair at the White House

Obama and Trump put on a united front when they met at the White House
Body language expert Patti Wood analyzed the meeting for DailyMail.com
She described Obama as 'extremely fatigued, resigned and not hopeful'
Trump was 'tentative, serious and perhaps fearful', Wood revealed
Says hand position suggests 'he learned something he didn't know before'
Follows shock election result that sent shockwaves around the world

What total crap.

That Valerie Jerrett is a shape shifter lizard woman from space and they are really the ones in control of the earth.

Good that Sasquatch controlled herself. Melania would of course be a gentlewoman.

I thought he was thinking the next 70 days of waiting to put hand on bible will seem interminable. He is a man of action.
