Trump’s Plan For The Wall On The Mexican Border Materializes
Daily Caller ^ | 11/10/2016 | RACHEL STOLTZFOOS

Donald Trump plans to begin the process of constructing a wall on the southern border in March, sources familiar with the president-elect’s transition team told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

The transition team is planning big spending negotiations with Congress at that time, which will include money for the wall — a platform on which Trump built his campaign for the presidency. He plans to make Mexico pay for the wall directly or indirectly by increasing fees on visas and border crossing cards, enforcing trade tariffs and taxing money transfers abroad.

Trump has said the wall, which will be at least 35 to 50 feet high and made of pre-cast concrete, would cost anywhere from $8 billion to $12 billion.

I believe there is already legislation (funding) to do this, they just need to do it.

Illegal immigration costs close to $150 billion a year just for education, healthcare, and incarceration. It doesn’t include the costs of crime in human and property costs. $12 billion for a wall is chump change.

That money will be recovered quickly from reduced costs for law enforcement, incarceration, bogus welfare payments, and EITC tax “credits”.

Re>cost anywhere from $8 billion to $12 billion

Hillary and Obama have lost more than this with no accounting for it.

Make sure the wall has a door somewhere (that only swings open south). We still need a way to get the current illegals out.... :-)

The first element of the payment was a drop of 7.5% in the Mexican Peso.

If you are the Mexican President with money problems, they are exacerbated. Once a few such incidents occur, he might totally rethink his thoughts about the wall, keeping his folks from leaving and even about paying for the wall.

The Mexican Pesos dropped 50 percent in value when Trump won. That means the wall will cost them twice as many Pesos.

Practically, it can’t be done.

sitting here I can access Pay pal and any of several Chinese payment sites that can easily transfer money all over the globe with ease and no tracks that amount to much.

For instance, Ican open an account with Barkleys and my cousin in mexico can open an account with Barkleys and I can easily transfer money in small or large amounts. We charge on both ends for the transaction. If necessary, we can open a third account in say Panama and have a cut out.

Any body with a Smart phone can do it

There are several ways to look at the behavior technically, but the question is would it be mandated via a compliance requirement.

each US institution would have to monitor.
